Return & Refund Policy

As most of the products are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Print-on-demand products:
These items are produced specifically for each order. Returns or refunds are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or delivery damage.

Original artworks:
Customers have 14 days from receipt of the artwork to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided the artwork is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom commissions:
Custom commissions are non-refundable and non-returnable once the creation process has begun, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
