ABOUT IRINGÓ<3
Born in 1999 in France to Hungarian parents, she grew up between countries and cultures.
After getting her degree at The Glasgow School of Art, she moved back to France and now lives and works there.
Iringó’s work focuses on capturing various aspects of the human condition.
Her vibrant colors and surreal compositions showcase how, as humans, as “adults,” we have to fight the incessant opposition of play and seriousness.
The love she has for life and play and magic and whimsical visuals is contrasted with the overflow of human emotions, conflicts, inner pain, nostalgia, and grief—very dark, sometimes all-consuming.
With her art, she hopes to hold space for people who feel a lot, women, and men who cry.
